By using Studywise, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental permission to use this service.

2. AI Accuracy & Academic Responsibility

Studywise uses Google Gemini AI to assist in scheduling. AI can occasionally make mistakes or misinterpret voice commands. You are solely responsible for verifying that your homework deadlines and study times are accurate. Studywise is not liable for late submissions, lowered grades, academic penalties, or any other consequences resulting from app usage or AI errors.

3. Eligibility & Conduct

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to use Studywise for personal, lawful organization only. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that attempt to exploit our systems or provide fraudulent data.

4. Intellectual Property

Studywise and its original content (excluding your personal tasks) are the exclusive property of Studywise. You may not copy or redistribute the service without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Studywise is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for technical failures, data loss, or indirect damages. Your academic performance remains your own responsibility.
